It is not the official website of Qatari Diar and it is not operated by the developer. "Qatari Diar" is a trademark of its owner. This policy describes only what this website does — it does not describe what Qatari Diar does.

After — and only after — this site has saved your enquiry and confirmed your number is a valid Egyptian mobile, the page reports one conversion to each of two Google Ads accounts: AW-18360266241 and AW-17948204519. Your mobile number is passed to Google's tag as an enhanced-conversion identifier; Google's tag hashes it (SHA-256) inside your browser before it is transmitted, so Google Ads receives the hash and not the number itself.
Simply clicking a button, opening WhatsApp, or entering an invalid number does not send a conversion, and the same enquiry is never counted twice.
Every page loads the Google tag GT-5MGBRHSH (installed through the Google Site Kit plugin), which reports to the Google Analytics 4 property G-KYG5XZ0SZ1. This measures page views and general usage, and sets Google cookies.
You should know that this site currently sets Google consent mode to granted automatically on page load for ad storage, analytics storage, ad user data and ad personalisation — it does not show a cookie banner and does not ask you first. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
This site does not run a Meta/Facebook pixel.
When a page loads, the phone field asks https://ipapi.co/json/ for your country so it can preselect the right dial code. If that request fails it tries https://ipwho.is/ and then https://get.geojs.io/v1/ip/country.json. Your IP address is visible to whichever of those services answers. Nothing else is sent to them, and the country code is only used to fill in the form field.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), which makes your IP address visible to Google.
After you submit the form you may choose "Continue on WhatsApp", which opens a chat with +20 101 111 3381 carrying a pre-filled message. From that point WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to the conversation.
